Customer care specialist | full time remote

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to all digital platforms, including Professional, Consumer and eCommerce websites in additional to other computer systems, hardware, or software for US, Canada , Central America and Caribbeans. Responds to inquiries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solutions.Key Responsibilities:Provide resolutions to external and internal customer inquiries and technical support for website users. (25%)Handle email inquiries from customers and consumers. (25%)Responsible for administrative support of Marketing programs and software for customers and consumers (15%)Report technical issues, request enhancements and maintain content for external websites. (15%)Drive eCommerce growth at Country level through targeted programs and processes (10%)Maintain incoming Internet and EDI orders to ensure accurate processing. (5%)Perform other duties as assigned by management, including necessary new hire training as needed (5%)QualificationsEducation:A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree is preferred.Required:A minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience preferably in a call center environmentExcellent interpersonal and proven organizational skills.Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.Proven effective problem solving skills.Proven PC skills to include Microsoft products (Word, Excel and Outlook).Ability to perform in a fast-paced multi-task environment.10-key and data entry by touch Powered by Webbtree
